Our company was founded in 1994 with a motto to serve the industry with top-notch quality products and services. Our History
The journey of CMC Manufacturing Co. Pvt. Ltd. was full of challenges and indeed arduous. The captivating story began with M/S Elmek Industries which was founded as a proprietary organization under Mrs. S. Saha in 1979. The company revolutionized the business with additional production facilities with new technology and modern production machinery.
In 1985, the company recognized the lacuna in the market and set out to build a company that would redefine the way clients interacted with the products and services. So, an additional production unit was introduced in the form of a new organization M/S Saha Udyog to meet the challenges and support ever-increasing market demands.
In 1994, these organizations were merged to form the current organization CMC Manufacturing Co. Pvt. Ltd. where the manufacturing unit I, II & III were headed by Mr. P. Saha, Mrs S. Saha and Mr. D. Saha as directors of the new company. The company had witnessed numerous challenges as it navigated through a fiercely competitive marketplace.
The company established a new workshop in Eksara, Howrah (West Bengal) in April 2000. All existing units were merged and formed a new one. Through strategic partnerships with reputed vendors, a focus on quality assurance, and an innovative mindset, the company quickly expanded its market presence with new and innovative methods. In 2001, the company received ISO 9001 certification.
In September 2019 for the first time, the company put its mark outside the Bengal and established a new workshop in Vadodara, Gujarat. The new production facility was aimed not only to make high-quality Busbar and other components but also to step into the assembly line of sheet metal fabrication.
In March 2020, ISO 9001:2015 certification was awarded to CMC by Bureau Veritas India.

Our Infrastructure Facility
We have nearly three decades of experience. In all these dynamic years, we have gradually expanded our operations, and developed our infrastructure facility to streamline our business process. We have a fully-developed production facility that allows us to handle different kinds of projects of all sizes and complexities. We have CNC turning centre, CNC fibre laser, CNC turret punch press, bus bar fabrication machine, surface treatment electro plating machine, CNC press break and power press, in our premises. Furthermore, our design department is also equipped with the latest technology that makes us capable of designing 2D and 3D models and prototype development.
In our premises, we have different departments like quality control, packaging and logistics, sales and marketing and customer service. We continuously improve our facilities to keep in line with the latest technology and fulfil the demands of the industry.

We have developed an exclusive quality control department that oversees the whole design, production and post-production operations. - We check raw materials based on various parameters to ensure these are free of impurities, and meet the required specifications.
- We check every product based on their hardness, tensile strength, construction, and ductility.
- We conduct non-destructive tests such as ultrasonic tests on our copper and brass pipes.
- We check the dimensional accuracy of the copper, aluminium, and brass pipes.
- We ensure that our products are packaged and stored properly to prevent damage during transportation and storage.
